Zusammenfassung:A method for direct quantification of the areal density (number per surface area of a substrate) of an analyte including a biochemical substance bound on the surface of a substrate and for direct quantification of the binding efficiency of biochemical substances is disclosed. Specifically, the areal density of an analyte including a biochemical substance bound on the surface of a substrate, and the binding efficiency between a first biochemical substance fixed on the substrate surface and a second biochemical substance is measured by ion scattering spectroscopy (ISS).
