Zusammenfassung:Implementation of micropayments regarding targeted consumer advertising is disclosed. Fees for consumers for receiving targeted consumer advertisements of targeted consumer advertising are recorded. Consumer-specific micropayment orders are issued, each consumer-specific micropayment order fixing a sum on the basis of the consumer's recorded fees. A commission invoice for the targeted consumer advertising is issued to an advertiser. A consumer fee invoice fixing a sum total of the consumer-specific micropayment orders is issued to the advertiser.
