Zusammenfassung:The present disclosure utilizes an emulsion aggregation (EA) process to produce ceramic catalysts of controlled surface area, in particular, extremely high surface area powders. In embodiments, resins are utilized to form resin catalysts including the active catalysts. These resin catalysts may be in powder form, having a high surface area. The particle size, particle size distribution, and shape of the produced powders can be controlled to a great degree. In embodiments, the powders can also be made porous.
