Zusammenfassung:A calcium-rich powder possessing therapeutic properties produced by washing and sterilising the shells of molluscs taken from an uncontaminated marine environment, heating said washed and sterilised shells to a temperature of between 1000° C. and 2000° C. for a period of at least 10 hours, reducing the temperature of the resultant material to room ambient temperature over a period of at least 24 hours, and then crushing said resultant material to a fine powder.
