The instructions include functionality to present a first question in a first language, receive a selection of the first question, and obtain a first audio file corresponding to the first question in a second language. The instructions further include functionality to output the first question in the second language using the first audio file and present a first number of answers to the first question, where the first number of answers is in the first language. The instructions further include functionality to receive a selection of one of the first number of answers, perform an evaluation of the condition associated with the first person based on the selection of the first question and the selection of the one of the first number of answers, and present the evaluation to the user.
