Catalyst for production of polyurethane

A catalyst for polyurethane production is provided which is non-corrosive and exhibits effective delay of catalyst action. The catalyst comprises a mixture of a tertiary amine, and a saturated dicarboxylic acid represented by General Formula: HOOC-(CH2)n-COOH where n is an integer of from 2 to 14.
