Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a sheet-form demineralized bone matrix (DBM) composition comprising an aqueous admixture of DBM particles, starch and gelatin, wherein the DBM particles are present in an amount of between about 30% and about 70% by weight, the gelatin is present in an amount between about 10 and about 40% by weight and the starch is present in an amount between about 5% and about 20% by weight, wherein the DBM particles are retained in the form of the resilient sheet.
