Zusammenfassung:	A composite tubing system is formed from an outer decorative tube along with inner reinforcing tube(s) that are progressively shorter and smaller reinforcing members having greater composite thickness and strength at the location of highest bending moment. The strength and thickness may be maximized toward the center of a beam, such as a fence rail or hand rail, that is subject to maximum bending moments at its center, or may be maximized toward one end of a cantilevered beam, such as at the base of a fence post.
