The apparatus includes a body (500) having a plurality of chambers (630) spaced substantially symmetrically about an axis of the body (500), wherein each of the plurality of chambers (630) comprises an upper diaphragm (635) and a lower diaphragm (640). The apparatus also includes a heat transfer element (515) attached to the body (500) via the plurality of chambers (630) such that the plurality of chambers (630) is in fluid communication with the heat transfer element (515).
