Zusammenfassung:	Feedback should be prevented effectively in a hearing aid which can be worn in the ear. To this end, the arrangement of two microphones, electrically interconnected to form a directional microphone, and a receiver is proposed along a straight line. The directional effect of the directional microphone is set such that, when viewed from the directional microphone, the receiver is arranged in the direction of the lowest sensitivity of the directional microphone. This can effectively suppress feedback even though the hearing aid has a relatively simple design.
