Zusammenfassung:	An armrest assembly includes an armrest base unit. The base unit has a side portion forming a channel member. First and second auxiliary units may be mounted to the base unit. Each auxiliary unit has an attachment member which is received by and mates with the channel member. A slot and bores are formed in a bottom surface of the channel member. Screws extend through the slot and bores and are screwed into the auxiliary units. The attachment and channel members have mating U-shaped cross-sectional shapes.
