Zusammenfassung:	A transmission includes a case having an internal space; a first partition wall which is provided in the case and forms a boundary between a first chamber which is arranged in the case and houses a rotating object, and a second chamber which is arranged in the case, is connected to the first chamber, and maintains equal pressure between the first chamber and outside air; a second partition wall which is provided in the case and forms a boundary between the second chamber and a third chamber which is arranged in the case and stores fluid below the second chamber; and a third partition wall which is provided in the case and forms a boundary between the first chamber and the third chamber. A first hole and a second hole are formed in that order from the first chamber side in the second partition wall.
