Zusammenfassung:	A method of assembling a hanger assembly for mounting to a fan housing in a building includes, providing a first bracket having a first end and a second end, the first end having a first flange and a second flange, providing a second bracket having a first end and a second end, the second end having a first flange and a second flange. The method further includes inserting the second end of the first bracket in a first direction into a first end of a third bracket, inserting the first end of the second bracket in a second direction, opposite the first direction, into a second end of the third bracket, and coupling at least one spacer to the third bracket, the spacer extends from the third bracket in a third direction, substantially perpendicular to the first direction.
