Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a product for the targeted release of active substances, especially detergents and/or cosmetic active substances. The inventive product has a layer structure, one layer being impermeable to the active substance and another layer being permeable to the active substance. The two layers define a compartment between them which contains the active substance and optionally a gas-releasing component. The product is preferably suitable for single use and can be used as a cosmetic agent and/or as a cleaning agent.
