Zusammenfassung:	A method and system for providing or utilizing feedback information in accessing network services. In one embodiment, a client requests a set of one or more service locations for service providers from a directory service. The directory service provides the set. The client then selects a service provider and initiates a transaction. Feedback data regarding the transaction is then collected for use in providing or selecting service providers, or in improving the directory service processes.
