Zusammenfassung:	Hydro-generator unit submerged in water comprised of a combination of converter transforming the hydraulic energy into mechanical power, drive train transmitting the mechanical power to generator that converts the mechanical power into electricity or into energy-bearing media, and auxiliary equipment serving control and measurement purpose contained in water tight bulb housing completely filled with incompressible fluid. Expansion tank accepting volume variation of incompressible fluid and device containing elastic membrane separating the internal uncompressible fluid from the surrounding water stabilizes the pressure inside the bulb housing.
