Zusammenfassung:	A membrane electrode assembly for fuel cell comprises an electrolyte layer and a first electrode structure. The electrolyte layer has a first surface and a second surface. The first electrode structure disposed on the first surface of the electrolyte layer has a patterned microstructure. The patterned microstructure can be applied for widely increasing a contacting area between fuel or oxidant and the reaction layer, thereby not only enhancing efficiency of fuel cell but also greatly lowering usage of catalyst capable of saving manufacturing cost.
