Zusammenfassung:	A cable management system for a rack-mounted electronic system including an elongate cable guide plate securable to a rack and having opposing first and second, longitudinally-extending flanges. An array of cable alignment tabs are disposed on the cable guide plate between the opposing flanges and arranged in longitudinally-oriented columns and laterally-oriented rows. Adjacent columns are sufficiently spaced to receive two or more cables against the cable guide plate and adjacent rows are sufficiently spaced to receive one or more cables. Each of a plurality of cable-fastening straps are configured for being selectively secured across the cable guide plate from the first flange to the opposing second flange.
