Zusammenfassung:	Provided are a magnetic head and a method of fabricating the same. The magnetic head includes a reading head having an acute or an obtuse inclined angle with respect to an air-bearing surface (ABS). In addition, the magnetic head includes a writing head having a magnetic coil that is formed in parallel with the reading head and the ABS. The method of fabricating the reading head includes forming a first shield layer, a reading sensor, and a second shield layer on an inclined surface of an insulating layer that is formed in a reading head area.
