Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to OLEDs which have at least one substrate, a 1st electrode, at least one organic light-emitting layer and a 2nd electrode, where either the substrate and the 1st electrode, the 2nd electrode or the substrate and the 1st and 2nd electrodes are transparent, which are characterised in that at least one transparent layer which contains transparent, preferably spherical particles, which protrude at least partially out of the at least one layer is arranged on the substrate and/or the transparent 2nd electrode, to processes for the production thereof, and to the use thereof, in particular in illumination devices and displays.
