A holdout mechanism ( 30 ) can integrated with the flexible display ( 21 ) and the display cover ( 22, 122 ) to fix the flexible display ( 21 ) in a readable position with respect to the stick ( 40, 50 ) in response to the flexible display ( 21 ) being unwrapped from the stick ( 40, 50 ).
