Zusammenfassung:	Method of optimization of blood and system for customizing blood for future use of an individual which includes: obtaining a unique blood volume measurement from the individual or a potential blood donor; administering an epoetin alfa medication to the individual or potential blood donor for stimulating bone marrow to increase production of red blood cells in accordance with information obtained from the measurement of the blood volume of the individual or the potential blood donor; and storage of blood obtained from the individual or potential blood donor if the blood donor is qualified in accordance with acceptable medical procedures to donate blood.
