Zusammenfassung:An accordion folding mechanism folds a sheet fed from an image forming apparatus in an accordion shape by repeating a mountain fold and a valley fold in a direction perpendicular to a sheet conveying direction. A size setting unit sets a folding size of the mountain fold and the valley fold. A size adjusting unit compares a size of the sheet fed from the image forming apparatus with the folding size, and adjusts the folding size of a predetermined number of folds at a trailing end of the sheet.
