Zusammenfassung:	Embodiments of a system are described for visualizing the state of health of a patient, comprising an input unit for reading in patient data, an evaluation unit for evaluating the data and an output unit which outputs the results of the evaluation in a graphical form. The evaluation unit contains a program which is configured to read in a parameter value of the patient for at least one risk parameter, to calculate a current risk status, and to calculate a short-term target risk for a change of the parameter value.
