Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a content delivery system, a delivery control method, a delivery program, and a recording medium with which a user can view a video advertisement in arbitrary timing during a delivery of content. When content is replayed in a user terminal, the information as to deliverable video advertisements is also displayed. As the user designates one of the video advertisements, the replay of the content is interrupted, and the designated video advertisement is delivered in a streaming manner. When the replay of the designated video advertisement ends, the replay of the content is resumed. The advertisement information displayed at this point is the advertisement information related to the designated video advertisement.
