Zusammenfassung:	A method for providing a Broadcast/Multicast Service (BCMCS) content in a communication network ( 102 ) for managing the BCMCS content in the communication network is disclosed. The method includes receiving ( 404 ) a request for the BCMCS content from an AT ( 106 ). The method also includes directing ( 406 ) a content server ( 202 ) to initiate transmission of the BCMCS content. Further, the method includes establishing ( 408 ) a bearer channel between the content server and the AT.
