Zusammenfassung:A method, apparatus and computer-usable medium for implementing business rules. According to one embodiment, a computer-implementable method includes receiving business rules for an upper level business model. The business rules express at least one of a set of modalities consisting of necessity, possibility, impossibility, obligation, permission, and prohibition. The business rules are linked to the upper level business model by matching business vocabulary entries between the business rules and the upper level business model. The business rules are transformed to generate implementation code for the business process modeled by the upper layer business model.
