Zusammenfassung:Disclosed are food products comprising a clean milk protein and/or other clean protein ingredients, and one or more other food ingredients, wherein the food product has a concentration of off-note contaminant markers (OCM) per kg of milk protein of 1100 mug or less, and/or a concentration of off-note contaminant markers (OCM) per kg of soy protein of 1001 mg or less. Also disclosed is a water washing method for producing clean milk protein that may be used in food products.
