The one conductive plate has lower impedance than that of the conductive plate comprising the electric element and is connected between two anode electrodes. The other conductive plate has lower impedance than that of the conductive plate comprising the electric element and is connected between two cathode electrodes. As a result, the electric circuit device which has relatively low impedance and is capable of preventing the temperature rise is provided. |
