Zusammenfassung:Disclosed herein is a composition comprising a polymeric material; and non-linear dielectric ceramic fillers; wherein the non-linear dielectric ceramic fillers have a dielectric constant that is greater than or equal to about 100 and wherein the dielectric constant of the composition is tunable. Disclosed herein too is a composition comprising a polymeric material; and perovskites; wherein the dielectric constant of a composition is tunable and further wherein the composition has a dielectric constant of about 2 to about 100. Disclosed herein too is a method comprising blending a polymeric resin with non-linear dielectric ceramic fillers to form a composition; wherein the non-linear dielectric ceramic fillers have a dielectric constant of greater than or equal to about 100 and wherein the dielectric constant of the composition is tunable.
