Zusammenfassung:	A process for preparing a composition comprising dried microorganisms, comprising culturing one or more species of a microorganism; admixing the cultured microorganism with one or more carriers; treating the microorganism with pulsed electromagnetic fields; incubating the culture:carrier mixture for at least about 6 hours; drying the microorganism with one or more carriers; and treating the microoragnisms; wherein the microorganisms in the composition have significantly enhanced survival rate and/or shelf-life.
