Such methods are useful to detect early tumors or provide adequate stage/grade information or tumor specificity. Compositions may comprise one or more lung tumor proteins, teins, immunogenic portions thereof, or polynucleotides that encode such portions. Such compositions may be used, for example, to improve lung cancer diagnosis and prognosis and potentially differentiate between NSCLC and SCLC.
