Zusammenfassung:	Snapping off and excessive protruding are prevented for parts formed by melted material. An ultrasonic vibrator 3, a horn 4 whose contact surface that contacts a front end portion of an attachment boss 22 a of a recording medium case (an upper case 11 a and a lower case 11 b) is subjected to a matte finishing process and transmits ultrasound generated by the ultrasonic vibrator 3, and a moving mechanism 2 that moves the horn 4 in a direction toward and away from the recording medium case are included. By doing so, it is possible to prevent the melted material from flowing out in a wide range across the contact surface and the formation of deep concaves at a part formed of melted material.
