Zusammenfassung:	Herein disclosed is a control valve that eliminates backpressure from contaminating the main pressurized substance that is flowing into the valve. The valve is of very simplified construction including no moving parts, is maintenance free, easy to install, and very cost effective. The valve is in the form of a housing having inlet/outlet ports and the housing having only a ball bearing and a ball diverter therein. The valve may include identification means such as a serial number for tracking, thus reducing the likelihood of intentional tampering. Also, the valve may include a window for viewing the contents there through.
