Zusammenfassung: | Methods and compositions for performing array-based CGH assays are provided. In general, the methods involve evaluating copy number of a genomic region by evaluating binding of distinguishably labeled populations of nucleic acids to a first CGH array in which: a) the populations of nucleic acids are labeled by a labeled primer and/or b) binding is assessed relative to binding of dye-swapped populations of nucleic acids to a second CGH array. Kits and systems for use in practicing the subject methods are also provided. |
