Alternatively, a functional thin-film element comprise: a substrate ( 13 ); an anode ( 14 ) or cathode ( 16 ) formed on the substrate ( 13 ); a luminescent layer ( 15 ) formed on the anode ( 14 ) or cathode ( 16 ); a cathode ( 16 ) or anode ( 14 ) formed on the luminescent layer ( 15 ); and a doped layer formed by doping anions ( 17 ) into between the luminescent layer ( 15 ) and anode ( 14 ).
