The MMS messages can be routed from a message centre (MMSC 1 ) through a digital broadcasting network ( 4 ) to the STB. The messages can be directed to one of a number of individual message addresses associated with the STB. Also MMS messages can be multicast to individual addresses from a group service provider ( 9 ).
