Furthermore, it also relates to a nucleic acid construct a first nucleic acid sequence encoding a light chain of an antibody and a third nucleic acid sequence encoding a signal peptide heterologous to the first nucleic acid sequence, a nucleic acid construct comprising a first nucleic acid sequence encoding a heavy chain of an antibody and a third nucleic acid sequence encoding a signal peptide heterologous to the first nucleic acid sequence, a nucleic acid construct comprising a first nucleic acid sequence encoding a light chain of an antibody and a second nucleic acid sequence encoding a cellulose binding domain, and a nucleic acid construct comprising a first nucleic acid sequence encoding a heavy chain of an antibody and a second nucleic acid sequence encoding a cellulose binding domain.
