Zusammenfassung:A method for augmenting the analysis of intellectual property and augmenting invention based upon that analysis is disclosed. The method includes forming awareness grids from which decisions regarding novelty, obviousness, and right to practice can be made. The method further includes combining awareness grids to form synaptic grids from which inventive concepts may be created, and gap analysis using awareness grids. Awareness grids, awareness databases, and synaptic grids are also disclosed.
