The arrangement includes an activation engine and a journaling proxy coupled to the activation engine and the target element. The journaling proxy is configured to receive an atomic request from the activation engine 1 . The journaling proxy intentionally delays sending the atomic request to the target element for execution until a set of predefined configuration parameters for the target element is satisfied.
