A bag-like carrier is made of a flexible sheet material having an exterior surface and defines an interior compartment large enough for the child safety car seat. At least one backpack strap is attached to the bag-like carrier generally on said exterior surface for use in the backpack mode. At least one wheel projects outwardly from said exterior surface at a lower end of the bag-like carrier for use in the luggage mode.
