Zusammenfassung:	A self-expanding stent delivery assembly includes an elongate member with a proximal region and a distal region. The distal region has an outer tubular member. A self-expanding stent is disposed within the outer tubular member. Circumferential movement of at least a portion of the proximal region causes relative axial movement between the self-expanding stent and the outer tubular member, deploying the stent. Methods of deploying a self-expanding stent are also described.
