The pad has a backsheet layer, topsheet layer, an absorbent assembly, and a three-dimensional capture structure. The three-dimensional capture structure is located in the rear portion of the pad on the body-facing surface and is adapted to conform to a wearer's gluteal groove when the rear portion of the absorbent pad is positioned in an undergarment adjacent a wearer's perianal region.
