Zusammenfassung:	In a machine ( 10 ) for machining long workpieces ( 32 ) provided with cutting teeth ( 60 ), particularly for grinding endless saw blades, having a machine base ( 40 ) and a machining device ( 12 ) which has a rotatably drivable tool ( 16 ), particularly a grinding wheel, for machining the workpiece ( 62 ), the machining device ( 12 ) being displaceable relative to the machine base ( 40 ) and the workpiece ( 32 ), it is provided for the machining device ( 12 ) to be mounted by means of a pivot bearing arrangement ( 34 ) which permits a pivotal movement of the machining device ( 12 ) relative to the machine base ( 40 ), which results in the tool ( 16 ) moving linearly relative to the machine base ( 40 ) and the workpiece ( 32 ).
