Zusammenfassung:	In a mixing valve has a housing ( 1 ) having hot- and cold-water inlets and at least one hot-, cold-, or mixed-water outlet and holding two parallel valves ( 2 a and 2 b) for separate control of the hot and cold water, the two valves ( 2 a and 2 b) each having a valve stem that is connected at one end with a respective valve member and on the other side with a gear ( 20 ) couplable with an actuator, it is proposed that the actuator comprise two control rings ( 3 and 4 ) rotatably mounted on the housing ( 1 ) and having internal teeth, the internal teeth of each of the control rings ( 3 and 4 ) meshing in every angular position with a respective one of the gears ( 20 ) of the respective valve ( 2 a or 2 b).
