| Zusammenfassung: | A drilling system includes a drilling jig which is used for a dental implant where the dental implant has a bore designed to received a clamp of the drilling jig. The bore enables the drilling jig to be guided for producing one or several lateral holes in the bone and for passing through one or several pins. The dental implant also includes a jig body accurately fixed on a positioning member integral with the dental implant, and an elongated part or socket which slides in the jig body to be urged in contact with the bone. A pin and pin holder cooperate with each other and the jig. |
