Aseptic system and method for using the same

The isolator 2 of incubate equipment 1 has six side walls and are connected to an incubator 3, a refrigerator 4, surface sterilizing means 5, heating and sterilizing means 6, and RTP 7 through opening-and-closing doors 3A, 4A, 5A, 6A, and 7A, and there is provided in the isolator 2 a half suit 8 and a centrifugal separator 9 which separates the body fluid of a human body or an animal into supernatant liquid and precipitation liquid. And when incubating of the cells is performed normally, the surface of the incubation container is sterilized by this surface sterilizing means and then carried out to the exterior of the incubate equipment and when there are abnormalities in the incubate of the cells, the incubation container is heated and sterilized by the heating and sterilizing means thereby the whole cells in the incubation container are sterilized and then carried out to the exterior of the incubate equipment. The system has high scalability and operation efficiency and any microorganisms adhered to the surface of an object to be sterilized or an incubation container can be prevented from flowing into the exterior of the isolator.
