Zusammenfassung: | The amount of time actually worked by an employee and the amounts of time that the employee is scheduled to work in the future are analyzed to project whether the employee will be entitled to overtime compensation. That analysis is based on rules which define when overtime compensation accrues. When overtime is projected to occur, a message indicating that projection is automatically sent to supervisory personnel, who can respond by accepting the projected amount of overtime or by changing the employee's work schedule to avoid the overtime occurring. |
