Zusammenfassung:	A hemo- and biocompatible polymeric adsorbing material for purification of physiological fluids of organism has a plurality of beads each having a generally hydrophobic core provided with a plurality of pores, and a hydrophilic hemo- and biocompatible coating which coats at least a part of a surface of the core, wherein a thickness of the hemo- and biocompatible coating is selected between about 20 angstrom and about 1 micron. A method of producing the material includes the new coating of the surface of the core. A device for and a method of purification of physiological fluids of organism includes the use of the new material.
