Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an electrochemically activable layer or film for use in electrochemical components. Said layer or film comprises a textile fabric and a substance which is located at least in the intermediate spaces in said textile fabric, consisting of at least one matrix containing or consisting of an organic polymer, precursors thereof or prepolymers thereof and an electrochemically activable inorganic material which is insoluble in the matrix, in the form of a solid substance. The invention also relates to layered composites and to rechargeable electrochemical cells which are constructed with layers or films of this type, and to a number of methods for producing said layers or films.
